The Remote Wouldn’t Open the Door

We rely a lot on our garage, and we use a remote control to open it. It has worked without fail for a very long time, only requiring a battery change or two, but one day it stopped working for no apparent reason. Opening the door manually is just not convenient. We tried changing the battery again and a few other things, but nothing worked. In the end, we contacted your company, and you were able to replace the remote for us. We are very grateful for your service, and are relieved to be able to open and close our garage door with the remote control again.
